By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Xplain is a mobile application that generates AI-powered visual explanations and infographics for articles, YouTube videos, and documents. The App uses artificial intelligence to create unique HTML-based visual summaries of content you provide.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.

Paid subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases.

You retain ownership of the URLs, documents, and other content you submit to the App for processing ("Input Content").
You own the AI-generated explanations and infographics created through your use of the App ("Generated Content"). You may use, modify, distribute, and display your Generated Content for personal or commercial purposes.
By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your Input Content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than delivering the App's functionality.

The Xplain name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of 88techie. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
YouTube™ is a trademark of Google LLC. Apple®, App Store®, and iPhone® are trademarks of Apple Inc. All other trademarks, service marks, and company names mentioned in this App are the property of their respective owners. The use of these trademarks does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by their respective owners. Xplain is an independent application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC, YouTube, or Apple Inc.
The App integrates with third-party services including:
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
Important: Xplain acts solely as an intermediary platform that facilitates the generation of visual explanations using third-party artificial intelligence services. All content generation is performed entirely by AI systems, and 88techie does not create, verify, or endorse the generated content.
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, misinformation, or omissions. You acknowledge and agree that:
We expressly disclaim all liability for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any Generated Content.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Locally stored data will remain on your device until you delete the App. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us at info@88techie.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue formal resolution through the courts as described in Section 16.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Australia for the resolution of any disputes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the App.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 88techie regarding the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
