The third-party AI providers we use are:

• Google Gemini (via Google LLC) — Google Privacy Policy
• OpenAI (GPT models, via OpenAI, Inc.) — OpenAI Privacy Policy
• OpenRouter (API routing service, via OpenRouter, Inc.) — OpenRouter Privacy Policy

Your account information (email, name, subscription status) is never shared with these AI providers. Submitted content is used solely for generating your summary and is not stored by these providers beyond the duration of the request. You are asked for explicit consent before any content is sent to these services.

3.2 Image Services

For Pro tier users, we may fetch images from Unsplash to enhance generated content. No personal information is shared with Unsplash.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your generated explanations and history are stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms provided by iOS. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You can delete your account and associated data at any time through the App settings. Locally stored explanations remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.
