How do I create a visual summary?

Paste a web article URL, YouTube link, or upload a PDF/document. Tap the generate button, and Xplain's AI will create a unique visual infographic summary for you. You can also share content directly from Safari or other apps using the iOS share sheet.

How many free summaries do I get?

The free tier includes 5 visual summaries. You get access to all 21 languages and 6 colour themes. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited summaries, multi-page detailed mode, AI hero images, and cloud sync.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone to view, change, or cancel your Xplain subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple Support.

How do I delete my account?

Open Xplain, go to More > Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm twice. This permanently deletes your account, cloud data, and saved explanations. Local data is also cleared. This action cannot be undone.

Which languages are supported?

Xplain supports 21 output languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), Arabic, Hindi, Russian, Turkish, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese, and Hebrew.
