Introducing Xplain — AI Visual Summaries for Everyone

Today we're thrilled to announce that Xplain is now available on the App Store. It's the app we wished we had — one that takes any article, YouTube video, or document and transforms it into a beautiful, easy-to-read visual summary.

The Problem

We've all been there. You find an interesting article but it's 5,000 words long. You stumble on a great YouTube video but it's 45 minutes. You have a PDF to review but it's dense and dry. You just want the key points — quickly, clearly, and in a format that's actually enjoyable to read.

Traditional summarizers give you a wall of bullet points. They strip away all the personality and make everything look the same. We wanted something different.

What Makes Xplain Different

Every summary Xplain generates has a completely unique layout. No two look the same. Instead of generic bullet points, you get a custom-designed infographic with sections, icons, callouts, and visual hierarchy that makes the content genuinely fun to scan.

Under the hood, we use AI (via Gemini and GPT models) to not just summarize the content, but to design a unique HTML infographic layout for each piece of content. The AI considers the topic, the content structure, and the key points to create something visually distinctive every time.
